FOR PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION OF BLUE HOLE ROAD IN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for phase 2 construction of Blue Hole road in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
