FOR PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION AT THE ARTESIA WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to construct phase 2, including effluent ponds and a major sewer interceptor, to meet environmental protection agency regulations at the Artesia wastewater treatment plant in Eddy county.
