FOR CONSTRUCTING PHASE 2 OF THE SENIOR CENTER IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct phase 2 of the senior center in Artesia in Eddy county.
