FOR PHASE 2 ADDITIONS TO THE MARTIN LUTHER KING RECREATIONAL COMPLEX IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design and construct phase 2 additions to the Martin Luther King recreational complex in Artesia in Eddy county.
