FOR UPGRADING EQUIPMENT AT AND EXPANDING THE ARTESIA VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to upgrade equipment at and expand the Artesia vocational training center in Eddy county.
