FOR DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING A YOUTH SPORTS COMPLEX IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to design and construct phase 1 for a youth sports complex in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
