FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RIVERWALK RECREATION CENTER IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for improvements to the Riverwalk recreation center in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
