FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ROADS AND PARKING AREA AT THE ACTIVITY FIELD NORTH OF BRAINARD PARK IN THE ARTESIA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for improvements to the roads and parking area at the activity field north of Brainard park in the Artesia public school district in Eddy county.
