FOR THE PLAYGROUND AT HERMOSA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE ARTESIA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to design, build, improve and equip the playground at Hermosa elementary school in the Artesia public school district in Eddy county.
