FOR PURCHASE OF LAND FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES FOR SAN MIGUEL IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase land for recreational purposes in San Miguel in Dona Ana county.
