HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1092

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Ben Lujan

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE POJOAQUE VALLEY PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to drill a well and to purchase and install a water storage tank and disinfection system for the Pojoaque high school-Jacona campus in the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county;

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for replacing the water and wastewater system at the Pojoaque campus and connecting the wastewater system to the Jacona campus of Pojoaque high school in the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase land for the Pojoaque campus of the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county; and

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to purchase land for the Jacona campus in the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county.
