HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1099

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to plan, design, construct and purchase easements and rights of way for a sewer line on Pacheco and Lamb streets in Espanola in Rio Arriba county;

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for a traffic signal at Fairview extension and El Llano road at the Espanola high school intersection in Rio Arriba county; and

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for improvements, including a turning lane and drainage, at the intersection of New Mexico highway 68 and La Joya street in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
