FOR PURCHASE OF A BUS FOR EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the purchase of a bus for eastern New Mexico university in Roswell in Chaves county.
