FOR EXTENDING THE EXPENDITURE PERIOD OF APPROPRIATIONS TO THE NEW MEXICO OFFICE OF INDIAN AFFAIRS FOR PROJECTS IN SHEEP SPRINGS AND TOHATCHI IN SAN JUAN AND MCKINLEY COUNTIES.

 

 

The period of time in which the following severance tax bond appropriations made to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs in Laws 1999 (1st S.S.), Section 15, Chapter 2 may be expended is extended through fiscal year 2008:

A.  in Subsection HH to construct a tourism facility in Sheep Springs in San Juan county; and

B.  in Subsection JJ to plan and design a new multipurpose facility in Tohatchi in McKinley county.
