THE BUENA VISTA VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT IN MORA COUNTY.
The project authorized in Subsection 168
of Section 22 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to the local government division of
the department of finance and administration to plan, design, construct and
equip a dialysis clinic for the Mora Valley community health services,
incorporated, in Mora county is void.
The state board of finance may issue and sell severance tax bonds upon
certification by the local government division that the need exists for the
issuance of the bonds in the amount of one hundred seventy-five thousand
dollars ($175,000) to the local government division to purchase equipment for
the Buena Vista volunteer fire department in Mora county.
