FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR DISTRICT COURTS STATEWIDE.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the second judicial district court

three hundred forty-one thousand dollars ($341,000) to purchase an electronic document management system and additional hardware and software for the ongoing management of court records for the second judicial district court in Bernalillo county;

• to the seventh judicial district court

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to provide judges benches and communications wiring for the seventh judicial district court complex in Estancia in Torrance county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to furnish and equip the new judicial complex in Bernalillo in Sandoval county.
