FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS ON BOUTZ ROAD IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for earthwork, excavation and grading for the drainage problem on Boutz road in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
