FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO GOLF COURSES FOR THE FIRST TEE PROGRAMS IN FARMINGTON, RIO RANCHO AND LAS VEGAS IN SAN JUAN, SANDOVAL AND SAN MIGUEL COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improvements to golf courses to accommodate the first tee programs in Farmington, Rio Rancho and Las Vegas in San Juan, Sandoval and San Miguel counties.
