FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING, CONSTRUCTING, EQUIPPING AND FURNISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN CHAPARRAL IN THE GADSDEN INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) for the planning, designing, constructing, equipping and furnishing of a new high school in Chaparral in the Gadsden independent school district in Dona Ana county.
