FOR THE PLAN, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A MUNICIPAL COMPLEX IN MESILLA LOCATED IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the plan, design and construction of a municipal complex in Mesilla in Dona Ana county.
