FOR PHASE 3 CENTRALIZATION OF HOMELESS SERVICES FOR THE MESILLA VALLEY COMMUNITY OF HOPE HOMELESS SHELTER IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) for phase 3 centralization of homeless services for the Mesilla Valley community of hope homeless shelter in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
