FOR INSTALLING A STORM DRAIN SYSTEM AT BARCELONA ROAD IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

four hundred forty-five thousand dollars ($445,000) to install a storm drainage system at Barcelona road to alleviate flooding at Barcelona elementary school and surrounding area in Bernalillo county.
