FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO RIO BRAVO PARK IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for improvements to Rio Bravo park in Bernalillo county.
