FOR A HELICOPTER FOR THE STATE POLICE DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico state police division of the department of public safety

four million dollars ($4,000,000) to purchase a helicopter for the state police division of the department of public safety.
