FOR A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT NEW MEXICO HIGHWAY 528 AND IDALIA ROAD IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for a traffic signal at New Mexico highway 528 and Idalia road in Sandoval county.
