HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 32

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY James R. Madalena

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT THE PUEBLO OF ZIA IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct phase 2 of an intergenerational center at the Pueblo of Zia in Sandoval county;

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to upgrade and replace infrastructure, including wiring, windows, doors and flooring, at the Pueblo of Zia in Sandoval county; and

five hundred sixty thousand dollars ($560,000) to plan, design and construct a medical clinic at the Pueblo of Zia in Sandoval county.
