FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE VILLAGE HALL OF CARRIZOZO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to improve the village hall of Carrizozo in Lincoln county.
