HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 41

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Daniel R. Foley

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR CAPITAN IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) to repair and improve roads and streets in Capitan in Lincoln county;

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to design and construct a public library in Capitan in Lincoln county; and

• to the state department of public education

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase equipment for the Capitan high school basketball program in the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county.
