FOR PURCHASE OF LAND FOR THE NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to purchase land for the northern New Mexico state school in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
