FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING THE RESTORATION OF THE MESQUITE HISTORIC DISTRICT IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for planning and designing the restoration of the Mesquite historic district in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
