FOR CONSTRUCTING A RESERVOIR IN AZTEC IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to construct a reservoir in Aztec in San Juan county.
