REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR
THE REPAIR OF TENNIS COURTS AT CHAPARRAL MIDDLE SCHOOL IN THE ALAMOGORDO PUBLIC
SCHOOL DISTRICT IN OTERO COUNTY.
The proceeds from the sale of
severance tax bonds appropriated to the state department of public education
pursuant to Subsection 163 of Section 23 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to build
tennis courts at Alamogordo high school in the Alamogordo public school
district in Otero county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are
reauthorized and appropriated to repair the tennis courts at Chaparral middle
school in that school district.
