FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE PLAZA IN DOWNTOWN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and prepare the site for the plaza in downtown Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
