FOR A SIGN TO INCREASE VISIBILITY AND ADVERTISE EVENTS TO THE COMMUNITY FOR NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY AT CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) to purchase and install a sign to increase visibility and advertise events to the community at New Mexico state university at Carlsbad in Eddy county.
