FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING, CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING A SENIOR CENTER BUILDING, INCLUDING A PARKING LOT, CURBING AND A RECREATION AREA, IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

four hundred sixty-five thousand nine hundred seventy dollars ($465,970) to plan, design, construct and equip a senior center building, including a parking lot, curbing and a recreation area, in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
