FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE STREETS IN TATUM IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred seven thousand dollars ($307,000) to improve the streets in Tatum in Lea county.
