REQUESTED BY W. Ken Martinez

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE BACA CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN PREWITT IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one million five hundred eighty thousand nine hundred sixty-three dollars ($1,580,963) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a sports center for the Baca chapter of the Navajo Nation in Prewitt in McKinley county; and

two hundred ten thousand dollars ($210,000) to purchase a modular building for the Haystack head start program in the Baca chapter of the Navajo Nation in Prewitt in McKinley county.
