FOR IMPROVING AND RENOVATING DORMITORY, CAFETERIA, BOOKSTORE AND STUDENT UNION FACILITIES AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

four million two hundred thousand dollars ($4,200,000) to improve and renovate dormitory, cafeteria, bookstore and student union facilities at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
