FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER IN LA JOYA IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to design, construct, remodel, equip and renovate the community center in La Joya in Socorro county.
