SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 58

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Lidio Rainaldi

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE PUEBLO OF ZUNI IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan and design an adult daycare facility in the Pueblo of Zuni in McKinley county; and

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct the renovation of the youth center at the Pueblo of Zuni in McKinley county; and

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to plan, design and construct an outdoor running track and install a fence around the Shiwi Tsana playground park development in the Pueblo of Zuni in McKinley county.
