FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A FIRE AND SAFETY TRAINING TOWER BUILDING IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to construct a fire and safety training tower building in McKinley county.
