FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE NAVAJO TRIBAL UTILITY AUTHORITY POWERLINE TO THE MANCOS CREEK AREA IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the extension of the Navajo tribal utility authority powerline to the Mancos creek area in San Juan county.
