FOR PHASE 2 OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HEALTH AND SERVICE FACILITY IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of health

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the phase 2 construction of the health and service facility in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
