SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 131

FOR CONTINUING CONSTRUCTION ON THE ESPINOZA DITCH AND CONSTRUCTING A FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR THE TRUCHAS VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the interstate stream commission

seven thousand dollars ($7,000) to continue construction on the Espinoza ditch in Rio Arriba county.

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct a fire station for the Truchas volunteer fire department in Rio Arriba county.
