FOR PLANNING A RECREATIONAL FACILITY MASTER PLAN FOR THE PRINCE AND CARTER RANCHES IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to plan a recreational facility master plan for the Prince and Carter ranches in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
