FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING A FACILITY FOR THE BIG BROTHER AND BIG SISTER PROGRAM IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thirty thousand dollars ($130,000) to plan, design and construct a facility for the big brother and big sister program in Santa Fe county.
