FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE RED WILLOW SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY EDUCATION CENTER AT THE PUEBLO OF TAOS IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for improvements, including improving the entrance to the property, constructing porches, building a lighted parking lot and installing a solar radiant floor heating system, for the Red Willow sustainable community education center at the Pueblo of Taos in Taos county.
