FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER SYSTEM IN QUESTA IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to improve the water system, including construction of a water storage tank system, in Questa in Taos county.
