FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS FOR ARBOLERA DE VIDA PROJECT IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the design and construction of infrastructure projects, including water, sewer, roads, trails, acequias and sidewalks, for Arbolera de Vida project in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
