SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 446

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Ben D. Altamirano

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE GRANT COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct and equip a metal building for the Grant county fairgrounds;

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase land for the Grant county fairgrounds; and

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to repair, improve and equip facilities at the Grant county fairgrounds.
